Formwork erector wanted in Dickenson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork erector in Dickenson County, Virginia. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. Day-to-day duties: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
