Immediate opening: brick and block layer (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Gaines County, Texas. The job is on a commercial construction site. The role involves building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. Ideal candidate: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $8,250 per project plus benefits.
