Vacancy available: scaffolding supervisor (England)

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Trafford, England. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. Requirements: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold On a typical shift you will erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. £1,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
