Immediate opening: we are hiring a line assembler in Jackson County, Iowa. You will work in a packaging and assembly workshop. You will pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of tools and components • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
