Quality assurance assistant • Madison County, Georgia

Now hiring: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Madison County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. Requirements: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Part-time with flexible hours.
