Hydraulic crane operator — Citrus County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Citrus County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Current medical and eyesight certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
