We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Hopkins County, Texas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
