Vacancy available: we are hiring a carpenter in Barbour County, West Virginia. The job is on a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Ideal candidate: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Own basic hand tools We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
