Aluminium installer — Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium installer in Jefferson County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines On a typical shift you will assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
