Vertical transportation technician — Lee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Lee County, Mississippi. On a typical shift you will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. What we are looking for: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
