Immediate opening: electrostatic spray painter (New Jersey)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Ocean County, New Jersey. Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
