Baker — Divide County

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Divide County, North Dakota. You will work at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
