Vacancy available: surface coating operator (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Beaufort County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
