Waitress — Reeves County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Reeves County, Texas. On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
