Kitchen steward • Mora County, New Mexico

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Mora County, New Mexico. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature 2+ years on the tools preferred.
