VMC operator — Lake County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Lake County, Oregon. You will work at a busy machine shop. You will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade 4+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
