Now hiring: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Childress County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks What we are looking for: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Presentable and polite with customers on site Full-time, day shift. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
