The role involves maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Full-time with occasional weekends.
