Captain waiter — Bradley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Bradley County, Tennessee. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Full-time, day shift.
