Great opportunity: we are hiring a laundry presser in Bourbon County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
