Catering cook — Beaver County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
