Powder spray gun operator — Osage County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Osage County, Kansas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
