Floor screeder — Cardiff

Now hiring: we are hiring a floor screeder in Cardiff, Wales. On a typical shift you will mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules 5+ years on the tools preferred. £2,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
