Paint and prep technician — Buchanan County

Join our team: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Buchanan County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
