Immediate opening: gtaw welder (Delaware)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Sussex County, Delaware. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves carry out 6G pipe welds where required; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height 3+ years on the tools preferred.
