Toolroom milling operator • Athens County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Athens County, Ohio. Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
