Refrigeration and AC mechanic — Summit County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Summit County, Ohio. You will work at a food processing plant. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Day to day you will wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
