TIG welder • Ada County, Idaho

We are recruiting: we are hiring a TIG welder in Ada County, Idaho. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Your main tasks: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
