Hydraulic crane operator — Madison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Madison County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
