Turning centre operator wanted in Tippecanoe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Day-to-day duties: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Full-time, day shift.
