Urgent requirement: restoration bricklayer (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Warren County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Part-time with flexible hours.
