Production welder — Sullivan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production welder in Sullivan County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
