Great opportunity: we are hiring a presser in Crawford County, Missouri. The job is in a garment export house. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep The role involves: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Give each garment a final press before packing • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number Six days a week, one day off.
