Prep cook — Haskell County

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Haskell County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
