System formwork carpenter — Sussex County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Sussex County, Virginia. You will strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
