We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Knox County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience You will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
