Press machine operator wanted in Red River Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press machine operator in Red River Parish, Louisiana. The job is on the press shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day to day you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
