Press setter operator — Goodhue County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press setter operator in Goodhue County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred.
