The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
