Crane operator — Onna

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in Onna, Akwa Ibom State. Day-to-day duties: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) 6+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
