Baker — Parker County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Parker County, Texas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
