Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Lincoln County, Wyoming. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Day to day you will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm.
