HSE supervisor — Culberson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Culberson County, Texas. You will work at a busy construction site. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions The role involves: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Full-time, day shift.
