Groundsman wanted in Pulaski County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundsman in Pulaski County, Virginia. You will work in a public park. You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage The role involves water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
