Bread and bun maker — Converse County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Converse County, Wyoming. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
