We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Elko County, Nevada. The job is at a stone quarry. On a typical shift you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. $11,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
