Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Baldwin County, Georgia. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work On a typical shift you will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers.
