Safety marshal • Cornwall, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Cornwall, England. You will work on a high-rise building project. Requirements: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations On the job you will handle: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
