Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Schuyler County, Illinois. The role involves: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
