You will collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app; plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time; scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading; keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders; return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub.
